By filling out this form you (hereafter referred to as the Filmmaker), hereby warrant that you own and/or have obtained legal clearance(s) and/or license(s) to any and all contents of your Festival entry, including, but not limited to script; locations; still and moving pictures; writings; talent; music; and all other images and sounds. The Filmmaker further affirms their authority or authorization to submit and grant full screening rights to the COVEN Film Festival.

The Filmmaker understands that their film will screen as an “Official Selection” online during the Festival and will be scheduled at the Festival’s discretion. Films may be used in whole or in part for promotional purposes for current and future COVEN Film Festivals. The Filmmaker also consents to screen at the COVEN Film Festival, materials associated with you and your film agree to be included in COVEN Film Festival’s promotional material (newsletters, flyers, media, etc.) at the Festival's discretion.

Additionally, the Filmmaker will hold COVEN Film Festival harmless for any and all suits or liabilities arising from any alleged or actual violations of copyright and/or other rights, or loss of films submitted. The Filmmaker understands that signing this form grants permission to exhibit the Filmmaker’s “Official Selection” film at the COVEN Film Festival.
