San Francisco weather in January is unpredictable, but it can be rainy and chilly, ranging from 61°H to 48°L. Your best bet is to follow the traditional advice given to visitors at this time and BRING LAYERS. Here are some items to consider:
Warm jacket, not too thick (it never snows here).
Sweaters and long sleeves to layer under your jacket.
Closed-toed shoes, like booties or sneakers (January is in the middle of the rainy season).
an Umbrella is a good idea.
Rain coat is optional. You can usually get away with just a hooded jacket (our rain is typically more of a drizzle).

The Phoenix Hotel is offering a 15% off discount for COVEN guests. Rates change daily, so make sure to book your stay as soon as you can. Use discount code: COVEN
